I've always been a designer with an engineer's itch — close enough to see exactly what needed to be built, but just far enough from the code to feel the gap. A decade ago — before Framer was a word anyone said at a design crit — I was hand-rolling web prototypes just to show people what I meant. For fifteen years, that tension shaped how I worked. Then AI collapsed the distance, and everything changed.
Today I lead design for Adobe Firefly Enterprise. I've shipped products like Firefly Creative Production and Adobe Brand Intelligence, tools that sit at the nerve center of how enterprise teams create at scale. But more than shipping product, I've been focused on building a culture where designers show up fluent in product strategy, engineering constraints, and business outcomes while staying grounded by getting uncomfortably close to customers, and sharp enough to feed that clarity back as functional proof of concepts on a branch of the prod codebase. There has never been a better time to be a creative builder, to stop explaining and start demonstrating.
This site is where I think out loud — about design leadership, AI's role in creative work, and what it actually takes to build things that matter inside large organizations. If something here resonates, or if you're working on a problem worth solving together, I'd like to hear from you.
